1>>when asking password just type cntrl+alt+delete twice. then new box will come.type username as 'administrator' password not need. Then go to control panel and remove passwd.

Forget ur Computer Passwrd ,
then do this
>Restart Pc
>Press F5
>Select-Safe Mode
>Select-Administrator
>Goto-User A/c
>Remove Password
